  What type of artwork files do you accept?
  We accept both PC and Mac files.  We accept Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Corel Draw files along with .PDF, .EPS, .JPG, .TIF, .PNG, and WMF.   We prefer vector artwork files. Convert all text to outlines, paths or curves. If non vector artwork is submitted we prefer at least 300 dpi files.  Artwork can be submitted for verification.  If we cannot use your artwork we offer a recreation service for $25.00 per image. 
  
   
  How long does it take to receive my order?
  It varies depending on the type of order you place, but most orders ship in approximately 5 days or sooner.
  
  
  Do you offer Rushes?
  -Yes, we can offer rush services.  Please contact us for availability.  Rush charges may apply.
  
   
  Do you offer custom sizes blank with no printing?
  -Yes,  We offer a 20% discount on any of our custom size labels with no printing.
  
   
  I need labels for my specific application but don't know what I need- Can you help?
  No problem - we can help.  We have assisted many in this position.  Just let us know what the labels will be applied to, how they will be used and the environment they will be used in and we will recommend and quote a particular label for you. We can also send samples for testing.
  
   
  Is there a difference between labels and stickers?
  -No, a label and a sticker are the same thing, just a different terminology.
  
   
  I don't  have any artwork for my order, Can you help?
  -Yes, we can layout and typeset your order for no additional charge.  We have thousands of clipart images that can be used. Just let us know what you need.
  
   
  Will I see a copy of my order before it prints?
  -Yes, all orders will be proofed prior to printing.  We can either email you a pdf file of your order or fax you a copy.
  
  
  What if my stickers are printed incorrectly?
  If our mistake - we'll do the labels at no charge.  If your error - we'll work something out.
  
   
  What determines the price of a stickers?
  Label cost is determined by quantity, size, material, ink colors and any special features like embossing, laminating or numbering.
  
   
  What is embossing/embossed labels?
  Embossing means to press an image into the paper so that the image becomes raised.  Your labels can be blind embossed  with an image only (no ink colors) - or they can be embossed with printing to add color and additional effect to the non-embossed area of your label.
  
   
  What is foil stamping?
  Foil Stamping is when colored foil is hot stamped on your label.  This is used instead of printing with ink or it can be used in combo with ink.  Most foil will have a metallic finish. No screens are gradients allowed.  We recommend using this method when printing white on a clear material.  Outdoor foil stamped stickers also offer an non-fading imprint.
  
   
  What is static cling?
  Static Cling is a non-adhesive label that will stick on a glass surface without adhesive.  It can be removed and reapplied.
  
   
  What is a screen or gradient?
  A screen or gradients are made up of a series of dots in a specific pattern that simulates the look of a lighter color shade of a particular color.
  
   
  Do you have other materials and products not listed on your web site?
  -Yes, We offer hundreds of stock choices, die sizes and colors.  Contact us if you don't see what you need.
